He is currently on a corporate and school roadshow with his crew from Zinto, a brand activation, entertainment and event company, speaking to company employees and school children and motivating them with his life story and hip hop dance performances. Oscar believes his role in life is to use the power of dance to demonstrate that perseverance and positive thinking will give you the opportunity to fulfil your potential, purpose and passion.

Oscar kicks off his performances by saying, "You are probably wondering why a five-year-old is here talking to you this morning. In fact, I am 17 and 113cm tall." He continues with an inspirational talk explaining his condition, how he has learnt to accept it, overcome adversity and is motivated to progress with his studies and new found career.

Oscar recently conducted his inaugural corporate workshop for Coloplast at the Indaba Hotel, Fourways. Dancing with performers WeDfy Cru, Oscar motivated an older, captivated audience with his life story, humour and real talent for hip hop dance and choreography.

Country manager Dave Dudley commented that Coloplast operates in a sensitive area of healthcare, and his team would go away inspired after seeing Oscar perform. "Oscar has an incredible story of courage and hope to tell following all the challenges he has faced in his young life, much like the people we at Coloplast serve on a daily basis. Our team was left inspired and motivated to ensure we can make a difference to others just like Oscar is doing with his personal story and dance."

He aims to inspire and motivate school leaners by encouraging them to focus on their passion, respect their classmates no matter their size or appearance, and not become involved in bullying, fighting and drugs.

Harriet Schravesande, a counsellor at the school, was overwhelmed by Oscar's performance. "Oscar inspired both the pupils and teachers with his talent for dance and the relevance of his messaging - that anything is possible if you believe in yourself. His ability to connect with the audience has given us all a feeling of hope and we would like to invite Oscar back to our school in the near future."

Oscar and the Zinto crew will be addressing adults and students with the intention of inspiring and motivating them to focus on their passion and to aim for greatness regardless of life's challenges.
