South African-based Future Publishing, publishers of Business Traveller Africa, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Tradeblazers, the Lagos-based publisher of Business Travel Briefing Magazine, to extend the footprint of its business travel journal to West Africa.

<>Ethiopian Airlines has earned another industry honour, “Airline of the Year Award” at the 41st Annual General Assembly of the African Airlines Association (AFRAA) held in Maputo, Mozambique on 24 November 2009. According to AFRAA, the award was presented to Ethiopian Airlines “in recognition of its outstanding, efficient and exemplary provision of Airline services to the African airline industry.”

Voetspore team tracks West Africa

SABC2 has announced the return of, reality show, Voetspore. The team consists of six individuals who travelled from Gansbaai to Gabon, with Johan Badenhorst leading the team, as they travel from Casablanca to the Cape with three 4x4's. The aim is to travel to Cape Town, South Africa in less than 100 days.
