New law threatens freedom of expression in Togo - IFJ

The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) denounced yesterday, 5 November 2009, the vote on Friday, 30 October 2009 by the National Assembly of a legislation reinforcing the powers of the High Authority of Audio-visual and Communication (HAAC) which allegedly threatens press freedom and freedom of expression in Togo.

Media registration for FIFA bidders event open
