Imperial Logistics recently announced the acquisition of two strategic logistics service providers. Imperial Logistics acquired a 60% stake in Express Hauliers (Pty) Ltd and 70% in Logistical Transport Services (Pty) Ltd. These acquisitions have extended its logistics service offering and customer base, while strengthening relationships with existing customers as a result of additional synergies.
