First and foremost, have fun

Work on work that is meaningful. Cape Town's Black River Office Park is taking sustainable development to a whole new level. They're in the process of installing the largest solar PV system in Southern Africa. Two green thumbs up to you lot!

Take risks. There's a new SA radio station lurking on the interwebs, and it goes by the name of EuroTrashMusic - not your cup of tea? Don't be put off by the name - it's more a reference to a type of music rather than the location of the music, explains the station's founder Craig Steyn. Ruth Cooper finds out who they are, what they do, and why they do it in, EuroTrashMusic and the future of online radio.

Surround yourself with people who are cleverer than you. Education NPO SABSA will soon host the 8th Business School Expo in Joburg, open to anyone interested in finding out more about executive education. Attendance is free if you register online, otherwise pay R100 at the door on the day. Bit of a no-brainer, right?!

And finally, have fun! Number one on the list, and my favourite tip from Tara Turkington who shares her ten tips to building a great team - four of which have been mentioned above.

Go forth and lead by example!
