Attention - key to success

In today's marketplace, products are constantly jostling for consumer attention. So how do you get it? Lauren Durant takes us through the bigger impact of experience vs. exposure.

Mobility and loyalty are also the way to unlock consumer spend, while Mark Mackay looks at the 21st century customer loyalty and the Internet of Things.

Zomato is souping-up its offering by adding an online ordering system, so users can order takeaways from their favourite restaurants and have it delivered conveniently to their door. But online shoppers are not the only ones after convenience - Kasi Star Brands survey shows brand success in the townships is all about easy access, whether at a formal retailer or Spaza shop.

Have a successful week!
