Terms and Conditions

Payment is due immediately via credit card or direct deposit on receipt of the invoice.

The company profile includes:

  1. A full page company profile, including up to five images, contact details and relevant links.
  2. Setting up of the profile and updating information during the year is done online by the company. If any design work is required by Bizcommunity.com production department, then there would be an additional R500 production fee to be charged.
  3. The company is listed in Bizcommunity.com's business directory.
  4. The company is listed when visitors search Bizcommunity.com by keyword (such as ad agency, branding etc).

Terms and conditions

  1. All rates quoted exclude VAT.
  2. A cancellation fee of 15% will be charged on the outstanding order at the date of cancellation.
  3. The Company indemnifies Bizcommunity.com against losses arising from omissions, failure to publish, incorrect scheduling, publications of wrong copy, incorrect positioning or other attributions of the company profile.
  4. This order shall contain the entire agreement between the parties. Bizcommunity.com will only accept written instructions via e-mail for cancellations, press releases, copy changes or the like.
