I recently graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) with a Bcom Management degree specializing in the Human Resources and Marketing fields. During the course of completing my degree, personal experience has taught me that the work related to this particular field of study is of a demanding nature, and I have striven to enable myself to meet those requirements, which I will undoubtedly be confronted with if I am to complete the tasks and undertakings required of me by my future employers at a standard that would be considered to be both efficient and effective.

I have enjoyed the challenge of studying by correspondence and have since learnt to develop and implement resourceful solutions to the difficulties associated with studying by correspondence in such a manner that facilitated the successful completion of my degree. To achieve this, a significant degree of self-discipline and effective time management was required, all the while taking into consideration my long term goals, and therefore the identification of the incremental steps that would cumulatively culminate in the achievement of my primary goal of graduating.

With my graduation, this particular goal of mine has been successfully attained, leading to new pathways where I may further apply myself and the skills that I have developed, while simultaneously drawing upon valuable experiences from which I have learnt much from. I am determined to approach my career as enthusiastically, as vigorously and as successfully as I did my studies, despite certain obstacles which presented itself while I was studying.

Due to certain arduous circumstances I found myself having to take some time off from my studies as I was placed in a position where I was required to manage the day-to-day operations of my father's business at a fairly young age for a considerable period. It was during this period were I gained some of my most valuable and enriching experiences. The business assisted greatly in developing a greater degree of responsibility and an excellent work-ethic in myself, accompanied by a growth in my personal sense of fairness and honesty.
