I am an all-rounder with wider experience in various areas within the short term insurance and Long term insurance industry i.e. administration, claims processing, underwriting, customer service, claims management functions and extensive broker and client interaction.
I relate well and communicate soundly with people at various levels, enthusiastic, responsible, and knowledgeable and open minded.
I am furthermore extremely keen to learn different ways of doing things.

•Managing a unique team of Claims Handlers, e-mail agents and recovery agents that provide support and evaluate claims
and medical assistance companies.
•Supporting and developing team of staff to ensure superior service delivery and quality of work.
•Ensuring effective Data Capturing on Claims and Email administration and Assistance case setups and invoices Payments
and Validations.
•Managing staff, performance and monitoring process and the SLA's.
•Effective Support to Recovery Agents and other functions and work assigned by our different departments in the UK.
•Supporting the team leader/s and team in reaching departmental objectives.
•Liaising with stakeholders and service providers on their needs and strategy [new Set ups, invoice Payments and any
related queries].
•Establishing and maintaining high quality standards and behaviours that drive client delight and cost efficiency and
deliver first time right service excellence.
•Managing day to day Escalations.
•Daily and monthly report compilations to senior managers and Operations.
•Daily management of workflow, staff and capacity in the various teams reporting directly into myself.
•Managing team behaviours, lateness, absenteeism and sick and ensuring required production levels are achieved.
•Interrogation of processes to ensure constant flow of work and lessening barriers in productivity.
•Encouraging interdepartmental participation and cooperation with other stakeholders in the business i.e. Sales &
customer service, CATS, Underwriting etc.
•Daily managing HR Activities of the three different teams reporting to me.
•Supporting teams in terms of resources, training and development and IT issues.
