Thoughtdrive offers specialized professional coaching and business advisory services to the international development sector. This includes include business advice, coaching and mentoring, and training. We have undertaken many international assignments with specialist development organizations and funders in Africa and the middle-east and have a deep interest in the developing world. My name is Stephen Lear and my experience and credentials in coaching and consulting include many years international management consulting experience in health systems strengthening and institutional development; coaching and mentoring of a wide range of local and international clients; project management of a wide variety of IT, finance, strategy, grant management, restructuring and procurement projects; and direct work experience with a variety of development organisations and consulting companies including the World Bank, Global Fund, Deloitte & Touche and Crown Agents.
