Sibusiso Mbhele is the CEO & Co-founder of Innovative-veins Development Projects. The Company that provides Education & Training, Consulting, Management, Coaching within Personal, Career, Professional, Leadership Development.

He is an Author of four books titled "Three Areas to a Successful Career, Why Sit there 'till you Die?, The Make of a Champion and Impumelelo Uhambo."

Sibusiso is passionate in Personal and Organizational Leadership. It is within this that he wrote the above mentioned books. His experience within this field has been enhanced by his professional expertise in Community Development.

He completed his Diploma in Education & Training in Community Development 2006; he further completed the Bachelor of Community and Development Studies 2007 and did an Honours degree in Community Development 2008.

His engagement with Non-profit Organizations such as BAYEPRO, Mpilonhle (USAID Funded) in the field of education exacerbated his passion in career development. He designed and coordinated a Career Guidance Programme at Umkhanyakude District Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal with 12 High Schools as beneficiaries with Mpilonhle.

Sibusiso at the moment enjoys Speaking to organizations, tertiary institutions, high schools and companies on personal, career and professional development and personal leadership. He also provides Coaching and Mentoring to young people and adults on issues of success.
