Our various businesses fall under the umbrella of 'Salmon & Partners'. I'm a freelance photo - journalist and work as a team with my husband, Tim. We belong to SAFREA (South African Freelancers Association) Most of our work appears in AVUSA publications such as Country Life, Farmers Weekly, Weekend Post, The Herald, Agri, Daily Dispatch, The Rep and Barkly East Reporter etc. Currently we're having a book published, called "Ikroti, A courageous Xhosa Man". The book is about our friend and partner, Ben Sitemella, who played rugby for SA in the apartheid era, and never received his colours. It is a photographic description of his life, his struggles and his sons, within the Xhosa Culture, and within the Madiba tribe. Our writing and photographic business is called 'Synergy Media'. We own a Self Catering business in Dordrecht. The other business we own is a farming business were we supply various farming equipment, it trades as NDB Technical Services. Other companies we own are 97 Grey Street Contractors, Adistra 103CC, CCU Supply & Contruction, in which we serve as government contractors for agriculture. We are also agents and distributors for CWI in which we trade with all types of fencing requirements for any companies, corporations, businesses, farmers or individuals.
