Sandy's expertise lies in the hospitality industry, the field of shopping centres, event management and image building. She was employed by Old Mutual for five years, as their Manager of Public Relations and Promotions, managing the marketing and public relations of their flagship shopping centre - Cavendish Square. She inaugurated many of their more successful promotions. Norwich Life appointed her as the Manager of their upmarket Constantia Village Shopping Centre at the time when it was not supported or accepted by the local community. She successfully managed Constantia Village for seven years. Prior to the above she spent two years at Woolworths Head Office with the Foods Group on the promotional side. Sandy works as a publicist; public relations and management consultant, running Sandy Bailey Communications.
