I fully agree with this sentiment. Just wonder how the speaker advised delegates on how to measure Social Return on Investment (SROI)? GreaterCaptial is one of the only accredited consultancies in South Africa that have been trained in this measurement. Companies are increasingly having to prove return and its a good thing, as interventions will need to become more strategic and long-term to have desired impact.
