Business Owner at Qte Training & Consulting cc
Going that extra mile to train, moulders, patternmakers, smelters for the Foundry Industry. Offering various short courses for the industry, as well as ARPL for employees with years of experience. Training done at our premises and when the Foundry request, we do the training at the premises. This is done Nationally..
To be effective in any job, you must acquire knowledge in order to educate yourself, for the job you are doing. This is of cause, if you want to do it properly, this is the reason why training is so important, in the Industry. So this is the reason for the turtle as a mascot, stick your neck out and go that extra mile. Being motivated is great, but you must understand peoples constraints.
My message today is :- don't quit-don't give up-no one is beaten until he/she gives up. Remember that things always seem to be their darkest just before the sun comes up and a new day begins! But that new dawn will be so much greater with some sensible planning. The only way to dynamic success, is with good quality training. Beautiful words, and means nothing if you cannot proof that, what you set out to do is working.
QTE, through out the difficult period, kept on training and tread where angels feared to go. The negotiations started in March 2009, with the Department of Education, for QTE to help the Industry in training, patternmakers, moulders on the N2 levels (which has been made obsolete). QTE received the go-ahead (9th Nov 2009)
