I am a 28 year old female looking to join a dynamic team that is goal orientated and results driven. My first permanent employer was Virgin Mobile SA in 2006. At the time I was a crawler in the working industry as I was fresh out of varsity with no idea nor experience of the 'adult world'. I'm a fast learner of new information and I am able to adapt in foreign surroundings. Within four months I was offered a contract of permanent employment, which meant higher income, broader & more extensive product knowledge, increased responsibility & a much wider scope to invite new business and earn higher commission. These are the kinds that motivate me and excite me, as I also enjoy seeing the change and moving up. I possess a strong "can-do" attitude and am committed to getting the job done clean and precisely. Well developed interpersonal and communication skills (inclusive of professional telephone etiquette) to interface effectively at all levels with clients and service providers. I'm independent, dynamic, self confident & outgoing. I'm a self starter with a client focused attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment. Through sport, the various associations I'm a member of & colleagues I have solidified the ability and experience to work as part of a project team. I contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and superseding expectations. My competitiveness is further advanced by high levels of computer literacy, including and not limited to applicable operating systems such as Windows and Mac Operating Systems.
As a technical support senior customer service representative I communicate with clients who use different web browsers thus am familiar with frequently used web browsers ranging from Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome and Mac OS.
Socially I enjoy reading and as part of my studies, partake in research. In my spare time I enjoy interacting in blogging as it keeps the mind at par with what peers and elders are pondering. I love cooking as a way to escape my thoughts.
As of personal interest I am interactive in political debate and am passionate about public development. 2003 - 2005 I studied towards a BA International Studies undergraduate degree, however due to financial constraints I had to delay my studies. I am pleased to confirm I have been able to register myself at UNISA for an undergraduate BA International Relations & Diplomacy degree which is currently smoothly in progress.
