Main Duties and Responsibilities: I performed all of the duties typically associated with teaching and although my post was a governing body one, I had the same amount of responsibility as my colleagues. These included & involved mainly: Managing pupils in the classroom; Maintaining discipline & order; Completion of the curricula taught by the set deadlines; Marking of books & pupil portfolios; Grading tests & examinations; Assisting in the setting up of tests and exams; Keeping records of & submission of scores; Liaising with other members of the staff & parent body where applicable.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitation and supervision of students within the Learner Literacy Support computer labs during designated periods; Management of the quality & quantity of assets within the labs; Monitoring, assessing & evaluating student's progress for the duration of time taken to complete the 'Read On' computer program hosted in the labs, this program forming the core of the module; Prescription of lessons & frequent Average checks; Processing of completed study guides; Issuing of Reports; Liaising with management & fellow colleagues regarding student progress, problem solving as the need arose.
