Responsibilities: • Responsible for all BABOR’s marketing, communications and public relations activities and materials including publications, media relations, client acquisition etc. • Managing the production of marketing materials i.e. leaflets, posters, feather banners, newsletters, e-newsletters • Create a 'corporate' marketing strategy and implementation plan this included working with General Manager to identifying future opportunities for brand enhancement and awareness • Responsible for all social media activity (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) and managing corporate social media accounts • Seek opportunities to improve the use of social media and develop 'followers' • Management of the marketing budget including seeking opportunities for increased external and global support • Maintaining and updating customer databases • Organising and attending events i.e. conferences, seminars, functions and exhibitions • Sourcing and securing potential partnerships • Act as BABOR’s representative with the media an stockists • Improved media relations and press coverage (including published articles/blogs) • Identify press opportunities and monitoring BABOR’s press activity • Monitoring competitor activity and adapting the BABOR marketing strategy accordingly • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships • Writing and proofreading press releases • Develop short term and long term plans and budgets for any marketing or public relations programmes this included monitoring progress, assure adherence and evaluating the performance of the programmes/campaign • Coordinate and design all BABOR’s print and electronic materials. • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and stockists
