Active consumer and producer of the arts, full time Activist and lover of Africa, Gugu's formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialisation in Marketing Communication. Her experience in the field covers working on various brands such as Woolworths, Merecedes Benz, Mango Airlines, Nashua Mobile, I&J, Sanlam, Grolch Beer, Pik it Up, Good Housekeeping Magazine, Robertsons, Mutual&Federal and many more. She worked on these brands from strategy phase right through to sales.

She also joined the marketing team of popular newspaper, The Citizen, where she was an asset when it came to event coordinating, client management, competition management as well as media planning to name a few.

Currently Gugu takes on the role of an Account Manager/ Consultant in Creatte (Pty)"td. Where here focus is to create client satisfaction and improved company profitability.
