I was working as a call centre agent at Absa Digital Banking assisting client to do online payments and navigating the website.
I assisted with the following duties fellow and enjoy my job position but needed growth therefore I studied further.
Duties : Technical assistance Online Banking Trouble shooting, Navigating, Loading Beneficiaries, Typing complaints and Compliments for service received, Stopping accounts for any fraud related Query, request disputes for wrong Payments or unknown transactions made Generating Leads for sales targets.
I started working at Absa Internet Banking on the 13 November 2007 and resigned on the 12 of May 2012.
