Accountable for the strategic and operational management and implementation of activities related to the conception, design, creation and development of employee engagement initiatives within FNB Digital Banking.
These cover an array of activities pertaining to the various employee engagement initiatives, which overseas the operational management and implementation there of, as well as the production of media (video, audio and other forms of digital media) intended for internal audiences.
