Chandre joined Standard Bank in 2008 through the graduate programme and participated in intense leadership training as well as multiple business rotations. During her time at Standard Bank, Chandre has been involved in developing the organisation's understanding of their customer base - unpacking customer's holistic needs and wants based on their life stage, as well as understanding the profitability and attractiveness of different customer segments that fall within the organisation.
