I have been in the retail industry for over 25 years and have been through just about every discipline in the value chain. My training is a combination of Marks & Spencer and Woolworths SA. I worked with Woolies for 16 years before setting up my consultancy, CONCEPTS. I have subsequently worked with most of the major retailers in South Africa, consulting on and running projects as well as designing and facilitating skills development training.
