During my career I worked extensively in Banking, Public- and Government Sectors in South Africa as well as Africa.
I have worked as a full-time Work Study and Business Process Analyst from 1989 until 2006 in the in the Public-, Government, Banking and Financial Sectors. I delivered Re-engineering and Restructuring projects with the main focus on end-to-end Business Process Reengineering, Continuous Improvement and Change Management.

From April 2006 to December 2009 I (on a permanent basis) lived in Angola and dedicated my time to the Re-engineering and Re-structuring of Banco Comercial Angolano for Absa.

From March 2010 until 15 December 2016 I worked for Absa/Barclays as a Contracting Business Process Analyst and Senior Project Manager delivering solutions and projects in the Retail, Sanctions and International Payments environments (Business Change and Technology areas).

I have more than 20 years experience as a Business Process Analyst and Project Manager and have over this period strived to enable organization's to understand "how" they do business and to design, implement and embed effective and efficient business processes supported by technological solutions, people change enablement and knowledge transfer.
