This is very true. Great article! I have been thinking about this a lot lately and I don't work in IT, I work in marketing and event production. It's become an ongoing challenge - hire more resources or stick it out? There is a very fine line between over-capacity and business growth and I think you've got a great point here. Outsourcing has a lot of benefits and most importantly, your clients are given the attention they deserve.
