I agree with 'magazine editor', the opposite is also true. We have recently won accounts because the previous PR agency's MD promised the world at the pitch, but then dissapeared. The client never see them again and is stuck with a junior on the account. It is crucial for the MD of small PR companies to stay actively involved in all client accounts.
