Damon Stapleton (@d_stapleton) and Justin Wright are the executive creative director and creative director respectively for the world-renowned advertising agency TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris (www.tbwa.co.za). They are currently in London judging the 2011 D&AD awards (Damon on the Outdoor Advertising jury and Justin on Direct).

Damon, who attended over 15 different schools and is proud to have only ever been expelled twice, was formerly creative director at TBWA\Gavin Reddy. He is recognised in the top 10 ECDs in the world by Creativity magazine (US) in 2011 and is the only ECD in South African advertising history to have won a Cannes Grand Prix, a Grand Clio, an ADC Black Cube and a D&AD Black Pencil.

Justin, the father of twin baby daughters and highly experienced in the lack of sleep department, started his career in 1997 at a small design agency before moving to TBWA\Tequila where he specialised in design, direct marketing, CRM, experiential marketing.

Between them, they have worked across a number of high-profile clients including: BMW, Exclusive Books, Heineken, MTN, Standard Bank, Visa, YFM, International Marketing Council, Independent Electoral Commission, Apartheid Museum, Khomanani AIDS campaign, Nissan, adidas, VISA, Steers, and Standard Bank, to mention just a few.
