Keshni Pillay is an Associate in the Employment Law Department of Bowman Gilfillan Inc. She graduated with an LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2008 and joined Bowman Gilfillan Inc as a Candidate Attorney in 2009. Pillay was admitted as an attorney in 2011. Pillay currently practices general employment law and specialises in unfair dismissals, strikes, reviews, rescissions, restructuring, disciplinary inquiries, and litigation in private arbitrations, the CCMA, the Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court and the Labour Appeal Courts. She regularly advises corporate and public sector clients on various aspects of employment law and has been a member of the Golden Key Society since 2006 and is also a member of The South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW).
