Edward Ruiz Mentorship awarded
The 2011/12 Edward Ruiz Mentorship has been awarded to Jabulani Dhlamini, born in 1983 in Warden, Free State. In 2009 he completed a diploma in Photography at the Vaal University of Technology, majoring in visual communication and theory of photography. He has won numerous awards in photography and has participated in exhibitions. His body of work aims to tell a story of South Africa's townships' single women through the portraits of this single woman.
