Co-working space in Cape Town available

I am a software programmer with an apartment/office in the same building as Stefan Antoni's office in Hatfield Street, and would like to find two co-workers to share the space with. It has a 10mbps line, kitchen, lounge, long balcony, good views, plenty of parking and is best suited to laptop or imac workers. Available 7am - 6pm.
