From August to October 2012, British Airways will be serving Simonsig Estate's signature Cape Blend, Frans Malan Reserve 2007. Served exclusively to business class passengers on flights between the UK, Africa and India, it partners well with meat dishes such as duck, steak or roasts. Stay-at-home South Africans could serve it with lamb at R155 at the cellar door.
