Ms Duduzile Phungwayo joins MDDA as a new staff member

Ms Duduzile Phungwayo - HR Specialist

She is a Human Resources practitioner with vast experience gained in the Accounting industry. She is a graduate of the University of the North and the University of Johannesburg (UJ), where she obtained a BA degree in Psychology, a B. Tech degree and a Masters Diploma in Human Resources Management. Duduzile further holds an M.Phil 'Leadership in Performance and Change degree obtained from the UJ. Her previous employments were with BDO (SA), EDCON, T&T Appointments and Telkom. She is passionate about driving organizational performance with special focus on generalist, organisational development and change management functions of HR.

We welcome her to the MDDA family and hope that her experience will bring value to the management of our key asset and resource, our people. The Agency looks forward to having the wealth of experience and maturity that she brings, to enhance its functions of developing and diversifying the media landscape, in its pursuit to promote, support and encourage media development and diversity.
