Grapevine continues to grow property portfolio with the launch of Duncan Court
Grapevine Communications has been appointed by Kent Gush Properties to launch a PR/communications campaign for a new residential development in Hatfield, Pretoria. Duncan Court will comprise approximately 400 studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments, well positioned between the University of Pretoria (Tuks) and the Hatfield Gautrain Station.
Kent Gush Properties has been appointed the sole marketing agent for Duncan Court and selected Grapevine due to a long standing working relationship on a number of other projects, such as The Paddocks in Dainfern, Steyn City in Johannesburg North and co-operative work with Barrow Properties.
Grapevine was also selected due to their many years of expertise in the commercial and residential property development sector, dating back to the Pecanwood Golf & Country Club, which was launched in the mid-1990s in Hartbeespoort.
