Jobs.co.za launches a fresher and faster user interface

In January this year Jobs.co.za launched a "Fresh Start" beta-campaign which offered a fresh new clutter-free search interface allowing users to easily search through the job content and apply for relevant positions immediately upon entering the website.

Jobs.co.za closely monitored the behaviour of its users during the campaign period to better understand what the users were looking for and how they prefer to navigate within the job portal. Together with user groups and search behaviours studies, these trends were tracked and then benchmarked against other modern social websites such as Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as Jobs.co.za's international and local counterparts, in order to better understand the expectations of the online Job Seeker.
