Around the world with The Forum Supper Club: India
Let your taste buds take you on a journey to the Eastern world with The Forum Supper Club's Indian-themed evening this May! Begin to warm up for winter by experiencing flavoursome and aromatic meals characteristic of Indian cuisine in the perfect cosy setting.
Expect a feast of aromatic Indian dishes that range from bhajiya (Slices of onion, spiced & coated with chick pea flour batter, deep fried) and paneer tikka (cottage cheese marinated in yoghurt and spices) as a starter and mustard prawn curry with pineapple raita as a fish course. The main course is a scrumptious mustard prawn curry with pineapple raita. Something not to miss is the mouth-watering dessert, orange, pistachio and cardamom kulfi with rosewater doughnuts.
This 'Night in India' will be held in the beautiful Orangery at the forum | the campus - fragrant food, delicious wine, spectacular setting - the perfect night out for a group of friends or "date night" to enjoy a taste experience from across the world.
Guests will be able to catch all the live behind the scenes action of the food being prepared by the talented team of chefs on the screens in the space and maybe pick up a few tips for your next dinner party at home!
