Johannesburg expansion for top BPO, Fusion Outsourcing
Fusion Outsourcing has opened a branch in Johannesburg. The expansion is the result of the steady growth and business successes experienced by the Cape Town-based outsourcer in the eight years since its establishment.
In line with Fusion Outsourcing's reputation for delivering a superior outsourcing experience to its clients by seeking continuous improvements, value add and return on investment, the Johannesburg branch will offer present and prospective clients a greater choice of location while utilising tried, tested and innovative recruitment methodologies to grow staff from the local talent pool.
Recently, Fusion Outsourcing won, for the third consecutive year, industry National Gold Awards for Best Offshore BPO Centre and Best Offshore Customer Service Centre, along with Regional Gold for Best Offshore BPO Centre and Best Offshore Customer Service Centre Western Cape.
