"It's just great to see young guys stick it out through the trials of this industry and eventually get the recognition they've long deserved," said Hammersmith Exec, Byron Grant.

Morgan, who is a full-time director at Hammersmith, describes his preferences as visually heavy vignettes preferably laced with post intensive tricks.

However this preference hasn't stemmed the tide of boards he is currently working on ranging from comedy performance to elegant one-shot simplicity.

"A good idea is most important to me, whether in script or discovered in treatment. Good ideas always win," said Dingle when quizzed about the perfect brief.
