Available space for a large format vinyl printer to rent
Shared space to rent. The Exhibitionist cc has a 32SQM space available (R200 per SQM) to rent out at our offices Unit 18 Laser Downs, Cnr of Brigatyn & Johan Rd, Laser Park, Honeydew.
R6000 per month ex VAT
We are predominantly looking for a printer to take over the space. We are looking to have an interdependent relationship with the company/person that takes over the space. We will be giving this printer all our vinyl print work. If they have a fabric machine, we will also channel this work to them.
We are in search of a tenant, a printer that can do graphic design and DTP.
They will need to have a 1,8 wide (possibly latex) machine with vinyl cut capability and a laminator.
Available immediately, R6 400 ex VAT per month (R200 per SQM). Guaranteed work.
