Local and international coaching and mentoring experts to present at the Knowledge Resources 9th Annual Coaching and Mentoring Conference, 16-18 March 2010 in Johannesburg.
Coaching and mentoring is still an emerging discipline with many organizations realising that coaching is a way of developing staff, increasing engagement and performance and even enhancing morale at the fraction of the cost of other forms of interventions. Knowledge Resources hosts an annual conference, endorsed by COMENSA, focusing specifically on Coaching and Mentoring. Now in its 9th year, Knowledge Resources will be hosting the Coaching and Mentoring Conference 16-18 March, with a line-up of fantastic local companies and international speakers.
