Recently held at their offices in Vereeniging, BHP Billiton embarked on an internal campaign to create energy and excitement for the previous month's review process. Particular attention was paid to enhancing productivity, increasing safety, decreasing costs and identifying a benchmark against which performance could be measured. The BHP Billiton Staff and contractors from across all divisions were challenged to work as a team in order to score well together.
