EXSA looks to set new trends

The newly elected Board of EXSA attended a Bosberaad on 20th April 2007 with a mission to discuss key objectives which would redefine and reposition EXSA in the industry.
What was critical for them was the Benefits that are currently offered to members and how a program of enhancement would be redeveloped. Major focus was also given on strengthening current relationships with the existing members and innovative initiatives are being put in place to attract new members.

EXSA’s main aim and focus is to be an interactive and dynamic association and to encourage more dialogue with our members on the whole. In terms of the research that was recently conducted by Grant Thornton it has been confirmed that the economic impact of the exhibition industry to this country is significant in that it exceeds R1.6 Billion per annum which is a substantial percentage of the GDP. These figures far exceeded expectations within the industry and in doing so created an environment for EXSA to use as a platform to venture into new initiatives.
