“Audiovision's prominence in the marketplace has increased tremendously and so has the customer's expectation of what they want to see from us. Now in its third year, the Audiovision Sound Emporium has established itself as a not-to-be-missed event on the calendar. We showcase the very latest and best in technology,” says Werner Volschenk of Audiovision. “Technology has changed to the extent that equipment has become multi-functional. Through networking technology you can maximise your products' use in and out the home with the least amount of stress.”
Volschenk continues: “We'll be showcasing great new products such as Sony's latest Bravia series and three new high definition LCD panel TV's. On the more serious side of sound, Rotel will exhibit their new RSX1058 theatre amplifier and Boston will display their latest E-series speakers.
According to John Leyden, MD of Homemakers Fair Cape (Pty) Ltd and organiser of the event, “The Cape Homemakers Expo attracts more than 330 exhibitors, covering an area of approximately 11 200m² and offers visitors the most comprehensive range of home lifestyle and enhancement products.
