Brands & Branding 2007 launch success - something is cooking in our kitchen

Almost 300 of South Africa's leading brand owners, marketers and communications professionals gathered at Taboo in Sandton last night for the successful launch of the 13th edition of the Encyclopaedia of Brands & Branding in South Africa.
The “cooking in the kitchen” theme flows from a vibrant new dust jacket portraying an authentic Soweto kitchen wallpapered with KFC, Avis, Absa and MTN branding.

Publisher Ken Preston introduced the book as “totally new, completely original, with tantalising local and international flavours.”

The 2007 edition weighs in at 408 full colour pages offering an unrivalled narrative of brand development in South Africa. Through specially written articles, research, case-studies and brand profiles, including Cool Brands, Sports Brands, the Sunday Times/Markinor Top Brands survey, and the new Brands & Branding/Markinor Brand Trust IndexTM 2007 identifying 100 Trust brands from 23 Top Brands categories.
