Close shave for Draftfcb Johannesburg

For some, the proverbial ‘close shave' is a highly undesirable occurrence; for others, it is a matter of life and death and this is what Draftfcb Johannesburg staff took to heart when they responded to deputy managing director, Heidi Nelson's, call to shave their heads to beat cancer.
Within minutes of unpacking his scissors and razors, the team from Floyd's Barber Shop was doing a roaring trade and Nelson had over R2 600 in the kitty for the sixth annual CANSA Shave-a-Thon. At the end of the day, the agency staff had collected R4540.00 which was added to by Draftfcb to reach a grand total of R6500.00 for research cancer prevention and fund patient care.
