This production must have broad appeal and importantly, Let's Fix It must be in tune with the needs of ordinary South Africans and have an emotional appeal to viewers.
The show needs to encompass stories of people in tragic and desperate situations from across all provinces of South Africa as well as a presenter that is warm, responsive and understanding in different situations. Each thirty minute episode needs to contain one or two stories.
