Stonewall+ opens the batting for Chevrolet

Quit fanning braai smoke, glugging plastic jugs of beer and chirping Jacques Kallis from the boundary line... get in the game, people! Stonewall+, The Digital Marketing Agency, has created a first-ever 3D flash cricket game. By logging onto the Chevrolet Warriors website, www.chevroletwarriors.co.za or www.chevroletwarriors.co.za/bootcamp, visitors are challenged to stash their fanboy status and have a go at being virtual players.
The Cricket Boot Camp environment is a replica of the Warrior's home pitch, and participants get to enjoy a digitally enhanced, authentic cricket experience. Fans can opt to play the game as individuals, or compete against others. The challenge aspect stimulates the site's social media component, whereby users can challenge friends via Facebook and Twitter. Batting, fielding and bowling scores are tallied on a leader board and prize incentives such as signed memorabilia and the grand prize of tickets, travel and accommodation to the Standard Bank Pro20 final, reward the most skilled players.
