Stonewall+ expands with launch of online media company

The digital marketing agency Stonewall+ recently launched a stand-alone online media agency in the form of Stonewall+ Media - The digital media agency.
Stonewall+ Media offers strategically-led online media planning and buying services. It was formed to meet the ever-growing, industry-wide need for integrated online media services to clients, brands, agencies and marketing communications companies.

“We've benefited from 11 years of experience in digital marketing and saw that the divide between online media services and creative execution was widening. It created a gap that needed to be filled. The local industry needs sound online media planning and market-aware buying to complement a digital agency structure offering coherent online media strategy supported by strong creative services," says Ben Wagner, CEO of Stonewall+

“Stonewall+ Media also forms the perfect provider for traditional advertising agencies who are struggling to get to grips with the digital market and medium, and for agencies who aren't ready to make the investment in online media planning and buying, or digital strategy and production," he continues.

“The uptake for these online media planning and buying services from our existing clients has been excellent," he concludes. "Their eager reception has already affirmed our decision to move into this area, and our newly formed team are already making inroads into establishing relationships with traditional media and marketing agencies.”

The Stonewall+ Media multi-disciplinary team will offer following core services:
  • Online media strategy
  • Online media planning and buying
  • Campaign, corporate and micro-site media planning and placement
  • Rich-media expertise
  • Social media marketing
  • Mobile marketing & media
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Analytics, tracking, measurement and optimisation
  • Online brand reputation management
  • Online PR

Stonewall+ Media will be based in Johannesburg and Cape Town. The team is headed up by Aaron van Schaik and Sine Mhlongo.
