Stonewall+ pops lid on new Miller Genuine Draft website

Stonewall+ has designed and developed a second generation website for leading beer brand, Miller Genuine Draft –
A highly ambitious project, which strategically repositions the Miller Genuine Draft brand as a sophisticated, street smart and stylish online destination. The site makes use of flash animation and action scripting to deliver a user experience that is likely to dramatically alter the way the brand is viewed in an online context.

The content strategy covers the primary themes of technology, fashion, events and music by driving community affiliation and database growth. A unique feature within the music section is the development of the Miller 10 Track section which allows up and coming bands, DJs and music artists to submit their own original MP3 clip. The best 10 MP3’s are chosen each month and are released as part of an online album which could ultimately bring national exposure. The best track on Miller 10 track is then played out weekly on 5FM, Metro FM and YFM.

A interactive blogging section allows for posting of topics in a unique interface made up of liquid bubble shapes that render and mutate based on the amount of activity within the blogging section. The unique interface that relies on an “accordion” style navigation provides a rich interface that will undoubtedly bring users back time and again.
