Lynn Naidoo, Regional General Manager for Damelin, received the coveted first place award for Damelin's contributions to the successful integration of providing quality education in corporate and skills development training.

PMR Africa conducts an annual national survey assessing companies and institutions in South Africa that enhance economic development, growth and stability through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes and initiatives. Respondents rated Damelin the best institute in the education sector with attributes that cover commitment, corporate governance, and job creation and training to name a few. The results of the survey are then published according to business sectors and category achievements.

While attending the annual PMR Diamond Arrow Award's conference in Cape Town, Damelin received recognition for their dedication to education and the successful integration of providing learning programmes for the workplace in the Western Cape region. Damelin has made a commitment to work with the education sector and regional organisations and conferences to identify individuals who wish to upskill themselves within their respective jobs or positions.

Successful integration of educational programmes for the region's workforce requires a common passion, initiative and pledge that can best be summarised by Damelin's motto to Live, Love, Learn, Leave a Legacy - which is Damelin's formula of success.
