We thrive in innovation, changing the way things work for the better. We love the benchmark set high. The gauntlet thrown. We are a fearless digital agency that wants to colour industries and eek returns from nought. We build websites. We conjure apps and online advertising that really really works. We are obsessed with the numbers. We live for brave clients that want more… more forethought, more customer delight, more returns. We are amorphous. Are you brave enough?
After legion long and lonely hours behind their screens, with seasoning salty skin and BBQ sauce moustaches, Steers and Amorphous proudly unveil the iconic fast food brand's revamped value-driven menu alongside a glittering new website.
In February this year, Steers - winners of Leisure Options' 'Best Burger in Joburg' for the 17th year running - partnered with Amorphous, which remains one of the leading full-spectrum digital agencies in the country. The product of this partnership is a progressive presence that sets Steers apart in South Africa's fast food digital playground.
The immediate and most noticeable element of the site is the emphasis on 'food porn' - giant shots of flame-grilled burgers and other meaty delights, crispy chips, droplet-coated cold drinks and sweet-tooth treats. The Amorphous design team made the most of every pixel, using the full expanse of the screen to create an altogether arresting experience.
Lou Boxall-Davies, Steers Marketing Executive, says, "It's been quite a ride to reach this point! We're incredibly grateful the entire Amorphous team for creating the new website in a mercilessly short space of time, and in such a calm, efficient and professional manner. We're all aflutter over the new designs and really excited to see how the market responds to our new menu."
Grant Shippey, Amorphous Founder, says, "We poured a lot of ourselves into this project and it's fantastic to see the site go live. It's clean, responsive, intuitive, highly functional, and to be honest, very pleasing indeed. As for the teams, I dare say Amorphous and Steers are infinitely more familiar after this one."
If initial reactions to the site, and the resultant tummy rumbles are any measure of success, Steers' business objectives could well receive a little lift ahead of the holiday season.
Since entering the Internet game in 1998, Amorphous New Media has evolved into one of the leading full-spectrum digital agencies in the country. The Level 3 BEE Company has no interest in pomp and ceremony, electing rather to let client returns speak louder than trophies and baubles.
